  • We accept debit cards, all major credit cards, and Care Credit.
  • We understand unexpected injury or illness can occur with your pet, which then brings unexpected expense. We also accept Care Credit and Scratchpay to help with expenses. Each program allows you to make monthly payments.

Pet Insurance

You, as the pet parent, will first pay for the visit in full at time of service. Typically, the insurance company, of your choosing, will send you or your primary veterinary clinic insurance forms that will need to be filled out by your veterinarian. We are able to submit these forms for your pet, that would make you eligible for reimbursement through your pet’s insurance company.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that, sometimes, urgent matters come up and you are unable to make your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your pet’s appointment, we kindly ask that you give us a 24-hour notice. This way we have time to schedule another patient in need. Without a 24-hour cancellation notice, you will be required to pre-pay the exam fee for your future appointments.
